We Bake fresh twice a week-- Order by Sunday at midnight for our Tuesday bake, or by Wednesday at midnight for our Friday bake. Need something outside those days? Just message us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Fresh bakes ordered before Sunday at midnight will be baked on Tuesday. Orders received before Wednesday at midnight will be baked on Friday. Any other desired date will need to be discussed first.

MI Towne Homestead operates in compliance with applicable Michigan Cottage Food Laws and state regulations.
All baked goods are produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.
MI Towne Homestead is not liable for damages resulting from improper storage, delayed carrier delivery, weather exposure after delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Baked goods are shipped within the state of Michigan only and are intended for personal consumption.
Processing Time
• Baked Goods: Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for preparation before shipping.
• Hand-Sewn & Handmade Items: Please allow 3–7 business days for processing unless otherwise noted.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or major holidays.
At MI Towne Homestead, every loaf, stitch, and handmade piece is prepared with care. Because our goods are small-batch and handcrafted, shipping timelines may vary slightly.
Shipping of Baked Goods
Because our breads and baked goods are made fresh:
• Orders require at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Baked goods are available for shipping within the state of Michigan only, beginning in March.
• Orders are typically shipped early in the week to avoid weekend transit delays.
• We carefully package items to maintain quality during shipment.
MI Towne Homestead is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen transit issues. We recommend bringing baked goods inside promptly upon delivery.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at markets or by arrangement. You will receive pickup details after your order is confirmed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
