We Bake fresh twice a week-- Order by Sunday at midnight for our Tuesday bake, or by Wednesday at midnight for our Friday bake. Need something outside those days? Just message us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.

Fresh bakes ordered before Sunday at midnight will be baked on Tuesday. Orders received before Wednesday at midnight will be baked on Friday. Any other desired date will need to be discussed first.

Refund Policy

Baked Goods (Perishable Items)

Because our breads, bagels, and baked goods are made fresh:

• All baked goods are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns on perishable food items.
• Orders canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for refund.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item or quality concern), please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with photos so we may review the situation.

Handmade & Sewn Goods

For non-perishable handmade items:

• Returns may be accepted within [7–14] days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photos of the item and packaging.
• We will review and determine appropriate resolution (replacement or refund at our discretion).

Shipping Issues

MI Towne Homestead is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Packages left outside after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
